India's cheapest octa core phone to be launched by Spice mobiles

Acccording to an exclusive tip recieved by extremedroid,Spice mobiles is planning to launch a new device in the Coolpad series with an octa core processor  in India.The device may end up being called Coolpad 3 and is to be announced within a month. Due to the current price wars in india,The phone will be priced within INR15000.
